Sketchblog Edition 111: Your Perfume

Well, I know it's been a while,
and I simply must apologize,
but I promise you it was worth the wait.
Without further ado,
and helping explain part of the reason why it took me so long to get this up,
the first part of my two-part uber-sketch-upload!
Yep. That's right.
I got hit by a car.
And I survived.
It was about three weeks ago this happened.
It was not fun,
but I am recovering just fine.
Tobi's damages were worse than mine, though.
He's currently in the shop,
waiting until I can get enough money to free him once more.
And I just got him fixed, too.... :/

Oh well!
Life goes on!

Have more emoticreatures!

Also, have some silly little storyboards for an animation I'm thinking of doing:

Here's a bird creature thing:

Here's a mutated version of Chad's dog,
The Doctor O_____O:

More emoticreatures!

Then this happened...
Another redesign of an old character,
the half-elf deliverygirl Haita:

I give you:
a mushroom wearing a top hat, a monocle and a moustache
(concept by Lauren and Tyler):

Random stuff:

*boot boot*

A couple of hats I was commissioned to make:

Some sketches of Emma,
from TAoCKF:

Randomian concept sketches:

This happened... for realsies:

Figure drawing, no reference:

A couple characters from a story I'm conceptualizing:

Ice cream baby, with cone diaper, and cats:

This just came to me while listening to some music.
I really want to animate it. :)

Oh hey, here's a quick motorcycle design sketch:

If you haven't experienced NYANCat,
now's the time.
My friend Chad and I went up to Chicago and played the song a couple times back and forth.

Also, I realized recently that there are no females in my catverse.
So here's Winifred, the latest addition.
She's Wallace the Lazy Cat's cousin, a saucy cat indeed:

And now for some guest sketches!

These next few were drawn by (I believe) my dear friend Jen Cram:

I think here we have Lauren's handiwork.
You can see her delightful portrait of Lane:

And more from Jen C!

And suddenly, out of nowhere,
a speedpaint of my Lauren:

Thus ends the end of the mega-upload part 1!

Thanks for your patience,
and your continued reading!

Love you all,
have a good night,
and look forward to part 2 of the upload tomorrow! ;)

  1. You...
    You need a journal comic.
    Seriously.

    Your life demands it.

And the few you gave were freakin' funny.

    (Sorry 'bout Tobi, though)

  2. Thanks Meredith! I will kind of be posting journal comics within my webcomic, actually. :)
