Portraits!

Last set from my sketchbook!
These are portraits of people and animals in real life. <3 p="p">(Some of the dogs were drawn by my friends, and the portrait of me was drawn by my dearest friend Jen.)

I just really wanted to draw a girl with meat on her for a change.

Breaktime Adventures!

I finally got around to scanning the rest of the sketches I did, dating from March until now.
I'll be uploading them gradually in categorized chunks.

Here are all the Breaktime Adventure mini comics I did on my half-hour breaks at work, chronicling all the strangest goings-on at Utrecht Savannah.
Enjoy!

Always Try New Things

Those who know me know I like to dabble and never ever shy away from the unknown and the unchallenged.
Today I turned a simple ballpoint pen sketch into a colored self portrait in Photoshop using some different coloring styles and a custom built brush.
Change is fun!

Demo Delicioso!

Made these at the Demo Delicioso I hosted today at Utrecht Savannah, using coffee, Kool-Aid, Skittles, M&Ms, and Jolly Ranchers.
If you didn’t make it to this one, you missed out!  But don’t worry, we’ll probably have another one. ;)

First piece is going to be a present for my sister (Liz, if you’re reading this, act surprised when you get it in the mail!) and the second is a portrait of Pervy, the little baby gecko I found in my laundry pile on my bed this morning.
